American River College's Rising Scholars program

The Access Project (TAP) to provide free expungement services for Community College Students.

TAP will assist students in obtaining their CA DOJ report (“RAP sheet”), prepare court petitions for the students’ eligible convictions, and work with your students to create the personal statement that must be submitted to the court with the petitions. The entire process can take about 3-4 months although it may take longer for students to receive final decisions.
