Notice to Bidders – RFQ 27003
Notice is hereby given that Board of Trustees of the Los Rios Community College District, County of Sacramento, State of California, will receive qualification packages – up to and not later than 2:00 pm (PST) on Thursday, November 19, 2026 – for RFQ #27003 Districtwide Real Time Captioning Services. Submissions must be delivered electronically via email to the inbox at shakeya.robinson@losrios.edu with the subject line "FQ #27003 Districtwide Real Time Captioning Services."

Notice to Bidders – Bid # EW27006
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Los Rios Community College District will receive sealed bid submissions for the sale of surplus property located at 1410 Ethan Way, Sacramento, CA 95825, up to and no later than the bid deadline of 12:00 pm (PST) on Wednesday, January 6, 2027. Bid proposals received after this deadline will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 4:00 pm. See the complete Bid # EW27006 Package.
The bid documents are available beginning September 25, 2026, and may be requested via email to khangp@losrios.edu with the subject of "Bid Request for Ethan Way Property." Questions and requests for information must be submitted via email to khangp@losrios.edu no later than December 9, 2026, at 12:00 pm (PST) and responses will be provided no later than December 16, 2026, before 2:00 pm (PST).

On April 11, 2019, the Los Rios Community College District Board of Trustees adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) per Public Contract Code, section 22030, et seq.
In accordance with CUPCCAA, Los Rios shall maintain a list of qualified contractors identified according to specific categories of work. Contractors on the qualified contractors list will be notified via email of informal bids on public works projects from $75,001 to $220,000.
* To be placed on the qualified contractors list, contractors need to include Category 1 and CUPCCAA when completing Category/Description in the New Vendor Registration on the PlanetBids portal.
