Notice to Bidders – RFP 25005
Notice is hereby given that the Los Rios Community College District (District) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for RFP #25005 Hotel Development Consultant – Professional Services to provide professional consulting services for a potential hotel/conference center development project for the District.
Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, the front of which shall be clearly marked with the RFP number, RFP name, and Proposer’s name and address. Proposals shall be submitted using United Parcel Service (UPS) only, to the address set forth in the RFP. Proposals must be delivered during receiving hours, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 pm on December 17, 2024. Proposals submitted in any other manner or received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Oral communications by departmental officers and employees concerning the RFP shall not be binding on the District and shall in no way excuse the Proposer of their obligations as set forth in this RFP.

Notice to Bidders – RFP 25004
RFP 25004 Beverage Service Provider
Notice is hereby given that Los Rios Campus Services on behalf of the Los Rios Community College District, County of Sacramento, State of California, will receive up to and not later than 4:00 pm PST on January 10, 2025, bids for RFP #25004 Beverage Services Provider for Los Rios Community College District.
Only electronic bids will be accepted and must be submitted to bids@losrios.edu. Faxed bids will not be accepted. All inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to Shakeya Robinson at bids@losrios.edu; Rick Thomas (rthomas@bdconnect.com) at Brailsford & Dunlavey should be copied. The RFP is available November 25, 2024.

On April 11, 2019, the Los Rios Community College District Board of Trustees adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA) per Public Contract Code, section 22030, et seq.
In accordance with CUPCCAA, Los Rios shall maintain a list of qualified contractors identified according to specific categories of work. Contractors on the qualified contractors list will be notified via email of informal bids on public works projects from $60,000 to $200,000.
* To be placed on the qualified contractors list, contractors need to include Category 1 and CUPCCAA when completing Category/Description in the New Vendor Registration on the PlanetBids portal.
