The BioSci club at the University of California, Irvine welcomes you to their Zoom informational. Our club is geared towards transfer students who are planning to major in Biological Sciences (Bio Sci) when entering a four-year university.
One of the main goals within the club include: relieving "transfer shock", a phenomenon that occurs when students transition from a Community College to a four-year institution. We work to provide students with resources, guidance, and a network of transfers, alumni, and Biological Science professionals who will help support both their educational and career journey.
Currently, we are planning to host a Transfer event that will be run by transfer students within the school of Bio Sci. They will provide information to prospective transfers about programs and resources offered at UCI that are catered to all students.
