Submit a CCAP Add/Amend Request
Use the following form to officially request a new or updated College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) agreement with Los Rios Community College District.
Once submitted, we’ll record the date and time of your request. This protects your district’s right to partner with Los Rios before looking elsewhere, as state law requires (SB 1244).
The Director of Dual Enrollment will review your request and respond within 60 calendar days.
