Purpose: This form is used to request placement in the English or Math sequence at the college in which you are enrolled or intend to enroll. This form may be used to determine initial placement, if you did not receive a placement following admission to the college, or to request re-evaluation of your placement based on high school or adult school GPA and course information. Initial placement will be made at the college you applied to attend; placement re-evaluations will be made for the college you most recently received a placement unless you request placement at a specific college.
Please note: students must be term active at LRCCD (enrollment within the last two semesters) by either completing the online application or the supplemental enrollment form.
What to Expect: Placements will be available in eServices on the Academic Records tile within three business days of submitting this request.
