8th Annual API Scholars Rising Ceremony

We are excited to invite students who are transferring and graduating who identify as Asian Pacific Islander and/or Desi American to participate in the Los Rios Community College District 8th Annual API Scholars Rising Graduation!

This celebration honors not only your academic achievements, but also the resilience, leadership, and dedication you have demonstrated throughout your journey. Whether you balanced work, family responsibilities, cultural expectations, or navigated being the first in your family to pursue higher education, your accomplishments represent powerful milestones for both you and your communities. The API Scholars Rising Graduation is an opportunity to celebrate your success in a space that centers identity, belonging, and collective pride across the Los Rios district.

This district-wide celebration brings together graduates from across Los Rios colleges to be recognized alongside peers, faculty, staff, and loved ones. We encourage you to take part in this meaningful event as we honor your hard work, perseverance, and future aspirations.
