Bid # 16010 – CRC Door Hardware and Cylinder Upgrade
The work shall consist of, but not limited to the demolition and removal of existing door hardware and old access control components (Locknetics or other) and installation of contractor provided new door hardware and owner provided Medeco cylinders and components at the campus of Cosumnes River College. Drawings will specify certain components as owner furnished but contractor installed and such components shall be signed out to the contractor for the contractor to install, adjust and activate as required. Contractor shall verify proper operation of all electrified and non-electrified doors with District IOR.
