The work shall consist of, but not limited to the demolition and removal of existing door hardware and old access control components (Locknetics), installation of contractor provided new door hardware and owner provided Medeco cylinders and components at the campus of Folsom Lake College. Contractor must coordinate hardware installation with Access Control contractor so that installation completion in each building is concurrent. Contractor shall verify proper operation of all electrified and non-electrified doors with District IOR. Assessor Parcel Number 072-0270- 023-0000.
