Los Rios Community College District recently conducted a public opinion survey of likely November 2026 voters to help determine the viability of a potential local measure to maintain affordable higher education, prepare students and workers for good-paying jobs, and address facility needs at American River College, Cosumnes River College, Folsom Lake College, and Sacramento City College.
The survey found that voters place a high priority on providing safe, clean drinking water, repairing leaky roofs, requiring independent audits, and supporting job training for students, workers, and veterans, and want a measure to include public disclosure of spending and ensure funds stay local and cannot be taken by the State.
